Remember when LPs made good Christmas presents?

Andy Warhol, Peter Blake, Yoko Ono, Richard Hamilton and a host of lesser-known artists and designers have created some of the most iconic arts images to adorn record album covers. We will explore these with Rupert Dickens who will tell us about the close connections between visual and musical creativity in this vibrant period of popular culture.

A newly accredited Arts Society lecturer, Rupert Dickens was a BBC journalist for 26 years. He is now a guide at the Wallace Collection, and a tour director for arts-themed tours.
